Do I need to prepare my home before pest control treatment?

Yes. Please tidy surfaces, store food items, and move furniture away from walls where possible. Ensure pets and children are away during treatment and until treated areas are fully dry. Our team will provide specific instructions based on the treatment type.

How long does your pest control warranty last?

We provide a 6-month warranty for our pest control services. If you notice any pest activity during this period, we will return to re-treat the affected areas at no additional cost. This warranty reflects our confidence in our treatments and our commitment to your satisfaction.

What cleaning products do you use?

Do I need to be present during the cleaning service?

It's not necessary for you to be present during the entire cleaning service, but we do recommend that you are available at the beginning to provide access to your property and discuss any specific requirements. If you need to leave during the service, you can arrange for key handover and pickup with our team.

How do you determine the cost of your services?

Do you offer discounts for regular service?

Yes, we offer special rates for customers who sign up for regular service plans. These plans are available for both pest control and cleaning services and can be customized to meet your specific needs. How far in advance should I book your services?

What happens if I need to reschedule my appointment?

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance and we will find a new time that works for you. For cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, a small fee may apply.

Do you provide services on weekends and holidays?

Yes, we offer our services 7 days a week, including weekends and most holidays. We understand that pest issues don't follow a schedule, and our team is committed to providing assistance whenever you need it. For emergency services outside of regular hours, please contact us directly.
